Business and Distribution Complex – Electro-welded Pipe Factory Jeep Commerce
Electro-welded pipe factory, 23, Batajnicki drum, Belgrade, has started its operation in the spring of 2005. Three lines for electro-welded pipe production have been installed in the factory. One of these lines produces pipes for window and door frames. Our round ERW pipes are pressure tested to the pressure of 50bar / 5 Mpa on the line for pressure testing installed on this location.
Welded steel pipes, produced in our factory have succesfully passed the process of certification for CE sign obtaining. By the CE sign it has been confirmed that JEEP Commerce steel welded pipes are produced and tested in accordance to the standard EN 10219-1:2006.
A line for flatting and cross cutting (flatting machine) for coils – for thickness 1.5-12 mm, width 700-2000 mm and length 1000-10000 mm – is also operative in the pipe factory.
A line for longitudinal cutting (slitting line), also operative in the pipe factory, cuts HRC and CRC into strips of thickness 0.4–5 mm and width 12–1500 mm.
Metal barrel production line is also situated within the pipe factory complex. Barrels made of cold-rolled steel are certified for the transportation of dengerous liquids according to ADR and RID.
