Service and Distribution Center Krnjaca

In the fall of 2008, only one year after the initiation of construction works, we opened a new Service and distribution center in Krnjaca. The center has been designed and built according to the most contemporary technology for this type of objects and it covers the area of 14.000m². Closed warehousing space covers 60% of the total area and net area of the hall itself is somewhat below 5.000m², with the capacity of 10.000t. A part of the new service and distribution center are also new business offices with total area of 1.000m², which are the new headquarters of the Company.

The hall is equipped by the most contemporary instruments for manipulation of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy products, for servicing, processing and sheets shaping. The part of the Service and distribution center are also the following machines: machine for steel sheets flattening and cross-cutting, line for open profiles productions, CNC system for steel cutting – laser cutting and plasma and gas cutting, line for shot-blasting and painting of long and/or flat metal products, hydraulic cutting line and pressing lines.

The vicinity and development of roads and accompanying infrastructure, as well as applied solutions for quick and efficient entering, loading and dispatching of trucks increases the quality of services we are providing in this Center. Beside that, the quality of the material (all good being covered) and the complete service (cutting, bending, drilling, anticorrosive protection and transportation) that we are offering in this centre give us the possibility to meet the needs and the demands of our customers to much greater extend than earlier.

Distribution centre, Port of Beograd

Service and Distribution Center in 57, Dunavska Street (Port of Belgrade) was open at the beginning of 2005. Out of this central warehouse the Company distributes the material to end users in the country and abroad on a daily bases. Material delivery range per day can reach 300t, while the level of material receiving and stocking can be up to 1,500t. The capacity of the Center itself is 15,000t of material.

Material manipulation in the open space and in the hall of the Center is performed by the following equipment:

• open space:
  • mobile crane
  • 3 fork lifts of the carrying capacity 4 – 6t
  • 1 fork lift of the carrying capacity up to 13t
• the hall:
  • mobile crane
  • 2 fork lifts of the carrying capacity 2 -5 t

For just-in-time and quick dispatching organisation we use the following:

• 12 trucks – carrying capacity up to 25t
• 6 trucks – carrying capacity 2 – 10t
• 6 delivery pick up vehicles – carrying capacity up to 800kg

Working hours of the Service and Distribution Center is 8:00am to 6:00pm.
